I and my co founder Prince Kapoor used to work full time as inhouse marketers back till 2017. We saw some issues regarding management and how they treat employees and thought if we will be able to create a company, it will not have any issues like these.

We are not some hotshot entreprenuers who had silver spoon in my mouth. My co founder is Just a BA grad who failed in 12 and scored 48% in 2nd attempt( he is terrible at remembering things honestly :wink: ) I belong to a small town near rajsamand where they not even speak hindi. But we took small steps keeping that LOVE thing in mind and here we are.
ViralChilly is kinda a heaven for freshers. Let me tell you why.

- We have one of most flexible leave policy that allows uptp 24 leaves annualy in addition to your core leaves( holiday leaves)
