My co-founder Prince Kapoor and I used to work full-time as in-house marketers back in 2017. We saw some issues regarding management and how they treat employees and thought if we could create a company, it would not have any issues like these.
So, keeping the same in mind, we started ViralChilly. Suppose you will go to our
about us section. It starts with one word, that is LOVE. And to be honest, we mean it. We are not some hotshot entrepreneurs who have a silver spoon in their mouths. My co-founder is Just a BA graduate who failed in 12 and scored 48% on 2nd attempt ( he is terrible at remembering things, honestly ). I belong to a small town near Rajsamand, where they do not speak Hindi. But we took small steps, keeping that LOVE thing in mind, and here we are. ViralChilly is kinda a heaven for freshers. Let me tell you why.
● We train our freshers from scratch. It is not like DIY; we will hand-train you during the process so that you can work efficiently.
● We have one of the most flexible leave policies that allow up to 24 leaves annually in addition to your core leaves( holiday leaves)

● And the most important part is that we love people. We tried to fill in every gap we saw as employees. Since we have been employees, we know the common pains you have.
