You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
You acknowledge that the nature of the services which included but not limited to search engine optimization, Guest post outreach, research, web design or any digital marketing services provided and the applicable rates and charges have been communicated to you. Due to its nature mentioned above, ViralChilly does not guarantee/promised refunds upon cancellation of services. Company will not provide you refund for any service for the time already passed.

Refund will not be processed for following conditions:

The Organic traffic of your website declines
Ranks of your website is not improved.
You do not get sales after hiring us for our services.
You fail to communicate with us for 30 days
The link building services you ordered is completed.
We may offer the refund only on following cases and that too upon our discretion:

If we are not able to met criteria of your guest post links we committed.
If the SEO service you order is not started/initiated by us yet.
You know that ViralChilly reserves the right to change the above policy, specified rates and charges from time to tim

Payment Mode:

You can make the payments via PayPal, Stripe or Via your Preferred Credit card using our payment gateway(2CheckOut). Any outstanding amounts owing to ViralChilly from a previous month are required to be paid till the 7th day of the next month, failing which ViralChilly reserves the right to withhold or cancel its services to you.
